Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, and New Zealand.
If your location is outside these regions, please contact us before placing an order.
Each item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order products unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item was received broken or damaged
- The wrong size or variation was sent
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are custom made, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect information provided by the customer (such as spelling, address, or product selection)
